Lash x Lash Studio Guarantee

We guarantee our work.  If you are unsatisfied with our work please contact us within the first 3 days and we will fix your lashes to your satisfaction free of charge (provided proper aftercare has been followed).

 

Refund Policy

Due to the time it takes and product costs no refunds will be given.  If you are unsatisfied please see our Lash x Lash Studio Guarantee. 

 

Allergy Policy

If you have an allergic reaction to eyelash extensions we offer a complimentary removal.  We do not offer refunds. 

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please contact us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know before your appointment. A patch test can be administered prior to the appointment. Simply phone or email us with this request. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions, however, we will remove the lashes free of charge. Eyelash adhesives contain cyanoacrylates.

 

New Client Policy

If you are coming for your first appointment please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time for consultation and to sign paperwork.  If you do not arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, the time it takes to fill out paperwork will be deducted from your total service time.

 

Booking Policy

We strongly suggest pre-booking any fills after your service before leaving to ensure you are able to get an appointment at the time and date needed to avoid any additional fees for retention loss/grown out lashes.

 

Late Policy

Please let us know if you are running late for an appointment, otherwise we will assume you will not be showing up and may cancel the appointment.  If you are less than 15 minutes late we will try our best to make your lashes as full a possible in the time allotted.  You will still be charged full price.  If you are more than 15 minutes late the technician reserves the right to reschedule your appointment.  If the technician decides to go forward with the appointment we will try to make your lashes as full as possible in the time allotted . You will still be charged full price.

 

Payment Policy

 We accept cash, credit, debit and e-transfer. 

 Payment is due directly after the service is finished.

 

Our Late Policy

We respect your time, and try our best to keep our schedule running smoothly. Sometimes, we run into challenges with preceding clients that can’t be predicted. If we’re running behind, we will offer you a discount of $5.00 for every 10 minutes you wait.

 

No Show Policy

An appointment missed without contacting us will be considered a no show. A fee of $25.00 will need to be paid prior to booking your next appointment.  If you no show a second time you will not be able to book in the future.

 

Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment.  Please contact us by phone, text, or email.  If you do not give 24 hours notice we may refuse to accept your appointments in the future.  If there is an emergency please just reach out to us and let us know.

  

Change of Service Policy

If at the time of your appointment, you decide to change your service to one that is shorter in time or lesser in value of $100, you may be charged a Change of Service fee of $25. This fee is for the allotted time that is lost that could have been an appointment for another client.

 

If time permits, your service may be changed to one that is longer. Please ask your technician about this policy.

  

Children and Pets Policy

We do not allow children or pets in our service room.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Results Policy

Individual results may vary and are dependant on the length/volume of your natural lashes and on the type of extension you choose to have applied.

 

Age Policy

Clients must be at least 16 years or older to receive services. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults must be present in the treatment room during the consultation.

 

Makeup Policy

Please thoroughly remove all makeup before coming to your lash session. Eyes must be clean and oil free upon arrival otherwise we will charge a $15 makeup removal fee and the time spent thoroughly removing your makeup will be deducted from your session and you will still pay the full price. We are unable to properly adhere semi-permanent lash extensions on lashes that have makeup/residue buildup and in more serious cases, it can lead to irritation and infection.

 

Cell Phone Policy

We ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that our lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

 

Lash Fill Policy

If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes.
2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set
3/4 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set
5+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have lash retention, lashes need maintenance at least once a month to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out.
